  • Standard Shipping:
    • USA: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
    • International: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • USA Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50; otherwise, a flat rate of $5.
  • USA Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $15.

Order Tracking

Customs and Duties

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Changes and Cancellations
